Announce: Update of the Online Bibliography of Partial Evaluation Research

This note is to announce a major update of my "Online Bibliography of
Partial Evaluation Research". The bibliography is located at:
http://partial-eval.org/

This update of the site includes:
- the addition of almost 200 new citations (more than doubling the size
of the bibliography)
- the addition of a new section on logic program specialization
- improvements to the organization of the "Theory and Techniques" section

Among the ~370 citations, more than 320 of these include links to online
copies of the papers. This is still an "incomplete bibliography", with many
old and new papers still to be added. Feel free to send suggested
additions to me.

This site is part of my "Readscheme.org" family of programming language-
related bibliography sites.
