PHPMyAdmin / php_mysqli.dll

I managed to to run DOM XML but i cannot run phpmyadmin i have 4.1 Mysql and
 in 4.3.9 there is no mysqli.dll and i dont's see whether it is bundled or n
ot...
PHPMyAdmin hangs on error that says something about udating client or so...

got this problem : I have apache 2.0.52 running on my win XP SP2 machine, wi
th mysql 4.1, php 4.3.9 and i cannot run DOMXML support on this. Just instal
led the php 4.3.9 as SAPI module. I uncmommented the line in php.ini extensi
on=php_domxml.dll and apache service monitor gives me this error :"Unknown()
: Unable to load dynamic library 'd:/php/extensions/php_domxml_dll' - Apache
 wasnt possible to find current module." i have copied the php_domxml.dll in
 the system32 dir but nothing changed...
Previously I had php 5.0.2 installed, but i couldnt find the DOMXML extensio
n for it. IF you can tell me how to make run DOMXML on PHP 5.0.2 I would be 
really grateful...
