Programming Forum and web based access to our favorite programming groups. This is a digest of ``help wanted'' and ``position available'' messages received at comp.compilers during the preceding w. Tasks will range from working on analysis and associated optimizations techniques through to supporting our users, who themselves have one or more teams of compiler experts. Prerequisites include an inherent interest in compiler technology, curiosity, technical tenacity and coding capability. An ability to delve into details while keeping the overall context in view is also essential. Some commercial experience would be a plus, but we are also willing to take on raw talent. We like our people to bring something special to the team and we see culture as a significant determinant in the quality of our software. As such, ACE developers tend to exhibit a robust sense of humour, pragmatism, stoicism and strong opinions. Our preference is for EU residents but we would take on staff from just about anywhere if they can cut the mustard. To find out more about ACE and the open position please contact Joseph van Vlijmen on +31 20 6646416 (career@ace.nl)
