I am Sveta Smirnova: an appreciative PHP user and translator to Russian
of some documents from manual.

I know about your problems of chm manual compiling. Compile their is not
trouble for me (en and ru versions). But I use cable modem and can't
upload their often: I think, I just can to synchronize it with Russian
translation serious updates.

If you are interesting in it, let me know how to send you chm files:
attached to e-mails to list (much inconvinient as each file's size is
about 4,5 Mb), publish their on self [UNIX shared] server or place on
php.net server?
