MSDN Library for Visual Studio 6.0

Need the MSDN Library for Visual Studio 6.0. As far as i know, the
latest is from October 2001.
As I have all MSDN-CD from the last few years, it should be somewhere
within this huge pile. The problem is just that I can't figure out how
to find it without going througt all those CD's. All I need is the
Number of those 2 CDs.

Any help appreciated
