Excel Connection

Hi,
I've already done an application, with Fujitsu v7 and XP, to connect to
an Excel file and it works properly with Excel 2002 or less but with Excel
2003 it doesn´t work. An error message appears when I try to do the
"OpenBook" method and the message is : "The Excel Open command cannot be
executed.".
Does anyone knows if this is a bug from Fujitsu or do I need to do
something to make this work.
