.alz file format

.alz file format
I downloaded a file from a Korean website.  The file has the .alz
format.  I downloaded ALZip, but cannot get it to unzip and display
the file contents correctly.  What can I do?  Is .alz still a
supported format?
I am running WinXP SP 2 with Asian language support installed.
