Windows binary for g95 -- no Cygwin required
A self-extracting Windows binary for g95, a free Fortran 95 compiler,
can now be downloaded from http://g95.sourceforge.net/g95-Win.exe . It
runs most of my programs.

There is only one G95. There is only one gfortran.
G95 is Andy Vaught's compiler. Gfortran is the
F95 compiler contained in GCC. See
