Intel H264 Encoder/Decoder

Hello,

Did anyone tried and suceeded to use Intel H264 Encoder/Decoder in windows?
there is an evaluation sw in:
(see http://www.intel.com/software/products/ipp/video.htm)


However , I could not use it (it did not fail , but I got a blurred decoded
video).

In case somebody succeded , I would be helpful to know the contents of tha
.par file he used and if possible the YUV raw file he used.
