Pete,

The initial move is to get them off the mainframe in as litle time as
possible. They have a good group of people who know the mainframe
environment and are very knowledgeable of the business. (Sound
familiar). Once we do the migration we can then begin rewriting the
JCL into something else (PERL, Windows Scripts, REXX as someone else
mentioned). I like Rexx and think that would be a good route to go but
then again, how many people know Rexx?
