Windows CE for Automotive
Is this part of the MSDN subscription? I don't remember seeing a CD as such.

This is not included as an OS in the subscription, since all compact
operating systems are generally compiled individually per device type.  We
do provide a number of toolkits for CE and eMbedded, however.

Yep, go to Subscriber Downloads and look in Developer Tools, and possibly
the Tools, SDKs DDKs folder.
