Problem installing modules

I'm having a real problem trying to install the DBI & Mysql module(s).

I'm using nmake but I'm now a little stuck as both Visual C++ and the PSDK d
on't include the msvcrt.lib so i can't complete the installation. Can i get 
this lib file from somewhere??
