Earley's algorithm lookaheads.

I am interesting in Earley's algorithm lookaheads using useness. Some
time ago I read about the article "Efficient parsing algorithms for
general context-free parsers" by Bouckaert, Pirotte and Snelling. I am
looking for this article. Could someone help me with it?
