MSDN Help just WON'T WORK

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and repaired till I'm blue in the face
and still can't get my damn MSDN Help files to work. I still get a
"No Page to Display" error.

I ran across something funny, though. While searching through the
registry I found that the CLSID for ms-help began with 314111c7 in one
place and in another it began with 314111f7.

How do I totally uninstall this and get it reinstalled correctly, anyone
know???

Anyone else have this problem?
