Terminal Server
We have a measuring instrument connected
to the Remote Desktop Connection serial port.
When the Remote Desktop and the Terminal Server
are within the United States , it takes
approximately 6 seconds for the Data Measured
locally to be sent up to the Server and back to
the Remote Desktop. When we Connect from Overseas
(for example, Germany) to the same Terminal Server
in the United States, it takes about 25 seconds.
Our initial testing has shown it is not the band
with because we are using T1's. Any input would be
greatly appreciated. DAE
