Slooooow downloads...

Hi, all

I'm currently getting a massive 10 to KB/sec downloading from MSDN
downloads, whereas I usually get more like 200 KB/sec. A download at the
same time from another website reached 200 KB/sec, so I don't think the
problem is at my end.

I seem to recall some tips being posted to improve download speed a while
ago, but I can't find them now.

Any ideas?
