Looks good except the following type of change:

-     <function>mysqli_init</function>,
-     <function>mysqli_real_connect</function>
+     <function>mysqli_init</function>&listendand;
+     <function>mysqli_real_connect</function>.
</para>

We no longer use &listendand; here, or, ending periods. The
Doc HOWTO was updated but isn't online however it mentions
this; and the exif and classkit (and a few other) docs use
the new seealso format as well.
