How can add control to active from addin

hi
i am working on visual basic 6  extensibility Object Model
i have all the information about vbproject, vbcomponents and other
problem :
windows donot give toolbox refrence number window
which vbext_toolbox = 10
so i get this window and take a programeid from it

how can i add my own controls and vbcontrol to activeproject

if we manulay add control to form this is not required(MSDN Example)
because i want to let addin to do all this by it self
