Black Diamond sells packaged integrated programs in fixed price
service products.

Black Diamond needs IT experts in Project Management and IT Process
that can communicate well with our business partners and clients and
be comfortable in our entrepreneurial spirit.


In this role:
-----------------

You'll lead and coordinate business use-case modeling by outlining and
delimiting the organization being modeled.

You'll establish what business actors and business use cases exist.

You'll be responsible for defining the business architecture, and for
defining the business use cases and actors, and how they interact.

You'll have overall architectural responsibility.


Skills & Experience Required:
----------------------------------------------

You'll need at least 1 year of solid UML experience, Rational Rose,
XDE and use-case analysis, and have had sm responsibility for
Artifact: Business Analysis Model.

You should have experience assessing the situation of an organization
where the project end-product was deployed.

You should have experience understanding customer and user
requirements, their strategies, and their goals.

You must be a good facilitator and be able to discuss and facilitate a
business engineering effort if necessary.

You should be able to perform a cost/benefit analysis for suggested
changes in the organization, and support those who market and sell the
end-product of the project.
