a beginner
hello,
i start to learning perl.
i have install perl and then with the DOS-Promt or with some examples with
extension .pl i run the programm.
A dos prompt window appears and then i disappaer and it close directly. I am
a beginner. Can anyone help me with some easy beginners script in perl.

Try http://learn.perl.org

As to your problem with the disappearing dos window, don't double click your
scripts to run them. Open a command window (type "cmd" (without quotes) in a
Run box) and run your scripts from there to see the output.
