Working in the IT/Strategic Services department, this position is responsibl
e
for ensuring the test plans
are complete, documented and conform to QA standards.   Other duties
include developing QA and
training programs, and training users in the creation, document5ation
and execution of test plans.

Applicants must possess a three year post secondary education and three
or more years in an
application testing environment.  Experience in creating, documenting
and executing test plans is
required, while a background in PowerBuilder and Oracle environments
and/or receivable systems
is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
