Web Developer and or Designer Contract
Our client is sing someone to meet their special needs

Job Location: Work from Home, virtual office

Requirements (Skills and Experience):

NOTE: Significant frontend or backend programming experience with the
languages and
software below applied in the creation of web sites is
a MUST; DO NOT APPLY
without listing several example urls and indicating your
role on these projects.

Advanced personal ability to use the following skills sets directly
to design and/or
web development projects:

-Layout Design (in photoshop) of attractive, clean, highly usable web
sites
-Layout coding using html, css and javascript as per W3C guidelines
-Flash Design, Animation and scripting;
-PHP and MySQL based applications; or
-ASP/ASP.NET and MS SQL solutions

An established portfolio of projects (personal or public) that clearly
demonstrate your skills in the above area.

Must have good written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent
organizational and
planning skills.

Must be available for at least 25 hours/w, for at least the next
4 ws.

Must have dedicated access to a home office environment and private
phone line (landline or mobile)

Responsibilities
In your role as a designer or developer, you will work with your assigned
Senior Project Manager
on some or all of the following tasks: producing wireframes and mock-ups,
coding layouts to html,
scriping actionscript or javascript interactions, planning backend
process walk-thrus, setting up and
populating databases, scripting e-commerce and other online applications
and completing quality
assurance testing on completed code.

You will be hired on a per contract basis. Each contract will outline
the # of hours your assigned
modules should take to complete, the rate of pay you will receive,
the deadlines for your deliverables
and the communications policy between you and your Project Manager.


Your pay will be distributed at the end of each project, upon confirmation
of total client satisfaction,
and receipt of their final payments, as well as your invoice. (The
average project lasts 4-8 ws).
