jboss 3.2.3 big big big problem

hello there..

when i run jboss, i don't get any errors, the server is started.
but..
when i connect to localhost:8080/jmx-console/ i get an error: server
not found.

more:
1)with the "netstat -b" command, i see 11 processes generated by
"java.exe" that are listening to 11 different ports for an incoming
TCP connection.
2)in the start-up sequence i can read the following warnings:
