Message Boxes in IDE

Message Boxes in IDE
I have a msgbox that pops up in the form load event if a certain property is
not set.

The problem is everytime I open the form in the IDE the message box pops up
as well. Its not a huge deal but it is a little annoying,

How can I prevent this?
