PHP v4.3.9 Bug.

Greetings,

I'd like to report a bug from PHP v4.3.9 (Final Release) with the image
encryption query type as, comparing to the v.4.3.0 I used to have, I can, no
longer, encrypt my images on my web site. However, when I decrypt it, I can
show it without any problems.

I didn't changed any configurations from any of my scripts as, with v.4.3.0,
it worked very well.

A patch would be appreciated in order to fix this issue as I look forward to
re-encrypt my images again.
