x86 assembly code to SDL
Hi,

I've found a very old book which I have as a plain text file which
demonstrates how to write a game. It looks like a prime candidate for
updating to use something like SDL.

Only problem is that it contains x86 assembler for storage of
backgrounds etc. As I want the rewrite to be platform independant, does
anyone out there fancy rewriting the assembler into C and I'll take it
from there?

The rerelease will be a free download (released under the GPL or textual
equivalent), so there is no money in it. There is not an amazing amount
to do and I'm happy to email the entire text as an OpenOffice file (350k
uncompressed) to anyone who wants it.

TTFN

Paul
