DLL file

Hi, I use PHP but I cannot get my PHP script to work. It is a script to uplo
ad files to my webserver, which i authenticated. I read the install.txt file
 and it said that I need to place "php5activescript.dll" in the main folder.
 I do not know where to fin
d this file. Any ideas on where to find this file? I think this is the cause
 of my script problems.
