Error in processing notes?

Hello,

I want to contribute a note to the following section but I got this
error message:

"There was an internal error processing your submission. Please try to
submit again later."

The page were I try so was:
http://de2.php.net/manual/en/security.database.php

I used normal PHP4 code in a <?php ?> container and some text above it.
