This dictionary describes observed usage patterns. The lexicographers
have noticed that the word is often chosen when the speaker does not
approve of the appeasement. I think this can not be reliably detected
by introspection, but it may be apparent in the collection of all
instances of the word in a large amount of actual text and speech.
That is, I share a belief of these lexicographers.

Not all words would be seen as passing such a judgement so, no,
everything would not be loaded so.

I have seen some here saying that they use Scheme to have computers
learn things from text on their own. That's related.
