new php mirror - Turkey - official mirror request

Hello,

Here is my mirror info. Looks like at the moment all the mirrors in Turkey a
re down.
I configured apache as "tr.php.net", also as "phpmirror.oynasana.com".
btw I also configured is to respond to tr3.php.net and www.tr3.php.net, just
 in case.

the new rsync parameters are in place, and update finished just now.


The mirror is updated dialy.

Have you checked if tr.php.net and tr2.php.net actually work or got removed?
