Cobol and ODBC
Hi, I'm a total newbie on Cobol and a friend of mine asked me to help him wi
th some databse his company wanted to put online. I checked the database and
it has the typical .DAT and .IDX of Cobol. The application that uses the da
tabase is an standalone program that runs on Windows XP. They don't have sou
rce code nor any Cobol compiler. Is there any way I can migrate this databas
e to SQL Server??? Is there any ODC driver I can use to access this database
via any other program different from the Cobol application???

Thanx for your kind help on this subject...

JC
