CICS CEMT

We just created a new Version 5 tx-series region.  This new region seems to
hang up for all the users if someone uses CEMT or CEDF or uses the IBM
distributed debugger.   Usually CEMT was never a problem for hanging
everyone, and the debugger would only hang you if you got on the same task
in windows2000.  This region is different then all our others because it is
hooked to oracle and not DB2.

What did we miss in the intallation of the region?

-COBOL is still the future!
