Table Wizard

I am new to VB & am writing an app that has a requirement to have a button
control event that will launch a new form. This new form allows the user to
state the number of rows & columns they want. The next screen has a table
view with the rows and columns. The user enter some info in each cell and
submits it to be written to an XML file. This info can then be displayed
using XSLT as tables & rows.

I am not true sure what controls I need to use or how to proceed. Any info.
