You're right. Fujitsu recently said they intend to support 64-bit.

The prospects for Itanium (aka Itanic) may be poor but 64-bit Xeon
looks good.

That's true, but HP-UX and Tru64 flavors of Unix run on IA-64.

You're  right. Well it does produce 64-bit code for Power PC.

I can't find any evidence. It looks like a Micro Focus compiler, so if
it's not 64-bit now, it will be soon.
