Build command macros don't work in C# projects
When using a build command macro, such as $(SolutionDir), in the Output
Path property of a C# project, the macro will not be expanded but
treated literally; i.e. a directory named $(SolutionDir) will be created.

Is there a particular reason for this annoying behaviour, or is this
just a bug?

Humans may reply by replacing the obviously faked part of my e-mail
address with "kapsch".
