JSSE 1.0.3 on win2k

Hi security experts,

Im a novice trying to use JSSE 1.0.3(sun implementation) along with
JDK1.3 to write a secured web service client on a Windows2k machine.
However when I try to invoke the webservice over HTTPS, I get the
following exception. Looks very tricky. Can anyone tell me what this
is and how I can resolve this.

" Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
COM/rsa/jsafe/y"
