Keyboard shortcuts for commenting?

Are there any keyboard shortcuts for "Comment out the selected lines" and
"Uncomment the selected lines"?

Menu:
Tools->Options->Environment->Keyboard

Type in the "Show commands containing:" textbox the value
"Edit.CommentSelection".  You can change the keyboard shortcut as well as vi
ew it
there.  "Edit.UncommentSelection" is the other to search for.  (Do a search 
for
"commentSelection" to see both at same time)

ToggleOutliningExpansion is one of them :)

CTRL-M CTRL-M on my machine....

Dunno about just expand/collapsing just regions.
