Tomcat Server startup problem

hi,

i wanted to tomcat server 5.0.27 but i just cant seem to start it.
when i double click on startup.bat it gives me error which is as below:

Cant load server.xml

Following are the environment variables that i have set in my Windows XP mac
hine.
CATALINA_HOME  C:\jakarta-tomcat-5.0.27\
JAVA_HOME      C:\j2sdk1.4.2_05
PATH           C:\j2sdk1.4.2_05\bin

Please help;

not much info in your qestion.
try is from the command prompt
"startup.bat" or "catalina.bat -run"

try to add  %catalina_home% and ;.  to your path.
PATH           C:\j2sdk1.4.2_05\bin;catalina_home;.
