Announce: NewsSurfer v2.4

NewsSurfer version 2.4 has been released to CPAN.

Also I've released a FTP server created with pTk.
It is an experimental release and needs lots of testing.
I made this primarily because unfortunatly the very great
module Net::FTPServer does not work on MSWin32.
