ANNOUNCE: CGI::Explorer V 2.05

The pure Perl module CGI::Explorer V 2.05
is available immediately from CPAN,
and from http://savage.net.au/Perl-modules.html.

On-line docs, and a *.ppd for ActivePerl are also
available from the latter site.

- Fix bug whereby the root node did not have the 'target' attribute set,
so clicking on the root node could produce output in the wrong pane
