Complete Description:
A seasoned individual contributor responsible for leading the team in
designing, coding, documenting, testing, implementing and supporting the
Infosis application. This individual will need to have expert knowledge of
SQL and Crystal Reports. Experience with DB2 is also desired. This
individual will work closely with members of the Performance Reporting Team
and the Data Warehouse team to design/develop access tables and reporting
tables to fulfill new data and reporting requirements. This individual
should possess strong analytical qualities that enable him/her to resolve
complex problems. Within a short amount of time, this individual will
provide guidance to junior team members on the best way to build new
reports and queries to support investment projects. This candidate should
possess strong verbal and communication skills.

*Develop a strong foundation of the suite of applications within the DWH
Reporting team including Infosis and Report Retriever. Develop good working
knowledge of the Integrated Planning reports and I&I TSM reporting.

*Assist in the completion of developing Integrating Planning reports (Phase
2), and development of the I&I TSM/USM reporting for 2005, as prioritized
and funded by business.

*Provide flawless execution of development, implementation and support of
Infosis templates.

*As part of long term contributions, fully understand the Infosis strategy,
Crystal Report capabilities and customer needs; make recommendations on
long-term reporting direction.

*Develop strong working knowledge of the data within the DWH, and be able
to develop and guide others on the development of new reporting
requirements.

Required Skills:

ETL, Crystal Reports, Programming Experience, Strong Analytical & Design
skills.
