Cognos Consultant Permanent

The Client is sing an experienced Cognos Consultant to work in a
dynamic, fast paced environment.
Sucessful candidates will have strong Cognos development experience.
Travel within the GTA is a
requirement.  The consultant will manage projects, deliver project
artifacts, interface with clients,
and deliver high quality Business Intelligence solutions.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Cognos developement and deployment
- Ability to build Impromptu catalogs and queries, Transformer models,
and PowerPlay reports
- Ability to install, configure, and implement the Congos Web tools
(CQ, IWR, and PPES)
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data manipulation
in general
- Ideally experienced in other Congos tools such as Metrics Manager,
Visualizer, and Decision Stream
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience at consulting, working with clients, and
leading projects from conception to
completion
- Ability to source requirements, develop plans, and execute on those
plans
- Currently living within a one hour commute to downtown Toronto
