TCL Proxy Server for Internet Filtering...

is there a Tcl Proxy Server that works out of the box ? i did look at
autoproxy and proxy.tcl and neither is complete !

can someone help by shooting me the code ?

All I Need to do is to record the URL's in a file, but don't disturn
the process
