You do not have permission to transfer files in this contect

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have a clue what it means when I get this error message (see
subject) when I click on a file?

We (as a company) use the right passport to log in to the MSDN subscribers
site and we indeed see the right products within out level etc.... however
downloading is not possible....
