Dear Participant:
My name is Ron Felice and I am a graduate student at Central Michigan
University and a senior software engineer with General Motors Corp.
As part of my research, I am identifying the effects of Computer Aided
Software Engineering (CASE) tools on the software development process.
I am inviting you to participate in this research study by completing
an online survey.
The questionnaire will require approximately fifteen minutes or less
to complete.  There is no compensation for responding nor is there any
known risk.  In order to ensure that all information will remain
confidential, please do not include your name.  Copies of the project
will be provided to my Central Michigan University instructor.  If you
choose to participate in this project, please answer questions as
honestly as possible.  The survey will be available on or about 26
July, 2004.  Participation is absolutely voluntary and you may decline
participation.
