Aftter upgrading to php5 a smarty error occurs.
Hi list,

after upgrading to php5 the following error message comes up:

Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "news.tpl" in D:\utf8php5\cl
asses\design\libs\Smarty.class.php on line 1083 

Would anybody know what could cause this? Much obliged.
