mkdir failed: tmp_dir problem

Hi all!

I am new to PEAR and encountered a problem installing the PEAR extension
with go-pear on W2K.

I think, that in the function tmp_dir() the return statement is missing -
this problem caused the installation error message:
mkdir failed

After adding the statement:
return $ptmp;
at the end of the function, the installation completed successfully.
