Re: DLL version numbers
I don't know how often they keep the database up to date. Generally, the
first 3 part of the version will tell the OS (so 5.0.2195 is Win2K, 5.1.2600
is XP, and so on). I'm not surprised if hot fixes just change the build
number on the end.
