Simple question...

Hi all,

What's the best way to report a bug to MS?  I've tried posting to newsgroups
 in
the specific area, but no one at MS is listening.  I've also called their te
ch
support and they told me to fill out a bug report online or send (physically
,
like via snail mail) the bug report.  But when I fill out the online report,
 it
is dismal at best and won't let me log a bug against WMP. I am 100% sure it 
is
not my code since I was able to duplicate the bug with one of their own demo
applications.  To view the bug, go to any of these newsgroups:

microsoft.public.windowsmedia.player.plugins
microsoft.public.win32.programmer.mmedia
microsoft.public.windowsmedia.sdk

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

In the product drop-down list, choose "Media Player." You are probably
looking at the bottom of the list for "Windows Media Player" but someone
decided to put it in the middle of the list.
