First off, I would advise you to use the newest CVS version of
FormBuilder as it's got lots of changes and improvements.

Second, there's lots of docs here:

If you still need help after looking at those docs, let us know.

I've the last version of formbuilder,dataobject and quickform. I do not
succeed in putting on the improvements announced on pear.php.net, notably
crosslinks and dates.
